Congratulations to Charles Coleman, Customer Care Agent at Wilson James, for receiving an Extra Mile Award!
Together with other WJ colleagues, Charles produced several high-quality videos that have been used for training and educational purposes. All the recordings can be shared with UK airports to provide standardisation and promote learning culture across aviation. One of the most impressive videos that Charles had created demonstrates the ‘day from an agent life’, representing the detailed duties and responsibilities of a PRM agent. The video also illustrates a passenger’s journey from its very first point of contact until it reaches an aircraft seat.
