We all have mental health. However, one in four of us will struggle with mentally ill health this year. From stress and anxiety, to depression and other clinical conditions, we want you to know that there is no judgement.
We should be aiming to get to a place where talking about mental health is like discussing the weather. Please continue to engage with the Time to Change champions and review the content on our newsfeed and in the HSW newsletter for top tips and information on campaigns.
