We have noted that over 900 employees whose sites are using the Wilson James Employee Portal have not yet logged into or taken advantage of the platform.
While we know there are many reasons for this, including furlough and other COVID related hindrances, this relatively new tool is an important component of wellbeing and operational communications.
It’s a key tool to stay connected, especially in the present climate, and benefit from transparent operational information for your team or site.
The portal provides employees with direct access to key information and resources. It also enables users to:
- Request or change shift assignments
- Submit holiday requests
- Access their ESS email inbox directly – which is the main communication channel with the business and the best way to receive important updates
- Access wellbeing tools and resources available to all members of Team WJ.
Please help us in promoting the portal to employees who may not be aware of it, and encourage proper usage.
