Each month we will focus on a different topic that is aligned to national wellbeing initiatives. Both our Keeping Well webinars and Wellness Wednesday sessions will support our monthly wellbeing schedule, and we will continue to bring in subject matter experts to share their knowledge and good practice with us. Additionally, we will provide guidance and advice on how you can focus on your own wellbeing.
Keep a look out for our first monthly briefing that will provide detailed information about the upcoming wellbeing events.
The focus for April is “Physical Health” to support “On your Feet WJ”. Further information will be released in the coming weeks.
